BEEF

In order to offer you our high-quality meat, we exclusively use Belgian Blue. This race is well-known for its tender structure and nicely red colour. The animals are transported from the abbatoir in Bruges, where we dispose of our own cooling cells, to our plant in Aartrijke, where our experienced team processes the meat in our own cutting hall.
